Everyday i pass by the Lancashire Eccles Cakes Bakery located in Ardwick Manchester on my way to the office.
The aroma that comes out of that place is out of this world.
In fact i wish i had an eccles cake right now with my coffee…..

The Chinese Year of the white Tiger has begun.I went over to the city centre of Manchester yesterday with some friends to view the celebrations.China town was so colourful and busy.I wish it was a little bit less cloudy , I would have taken better photos.
We are still officially in winter mood but I do get a kick of the idea that spring is just around the corner.
